About:

For more than two decades, we have been selling grapes grown in our vineyard to winemakers across the Eastern Townships. Our contribution to the wine industry is highly valued by these wineries. Family has always been our top priority. As a result, our plans to make wine were put on hold for several years so that we could devote more time to our children. In 2021, we decided to complete the journey by offering you quality wines made from our own grapes. Our guiding principle has always been quality first, both in the cellar and in the vineyard.

We cultivate two production sites that allow us to grow grapes for wineries throughout the region as well as for our own wines. In total, more than 38,000 vines are in production, with approximately 12 different grape varieties. The varieties grown in our vineyards are primarily hybrids, along with a few classics such as Vidal and Seyval, as well as exciting newer hybrids like Saint-Cliche and Noiret.

A variety of techniques are used to create fruit-forward wines with a focus on texture. Our wines are made using whole-berry native fermentation at the beginning, followed by selected yeasts to complete the fermentation. This process helps produce intense, fresh aromas. Barrels and proper aging are also essential to our winemaking approach. Our wines are produced in small batches, with a limited number of bottles available.
