The adventure began in 2012. At that time, Pascal, founder of Camion Unique, took his first steps into the world of food trucks, after offering – with some interest – his help to his friend and future partner, Valérie. After a summer spent working countless hours in her truck, Valérie realized that the build quality and initial layout did not allow her to optimize her time or profitability during events.

That’s when Pascal decided to restart the project from scratch. He demolished the existing interior, completely redesigned the ergonomics, and created a new layout. Thanks to this transformation, Valérie could now serve more customers per hour, and the reliability of her food truck means she never missed an event.
